Nothing happens after I enter the details of a new DVD/CD. I place the DVD in the Centurion and nothing. What am i doing wrong?
I have now progressed, still can't get the Media check window, but now get the message that "The organiser can't rotate the carousel" when I try to eject empty slots.

You may wish to check if the MediaTRACKER application detects the Centurion CD unit . Looking under the View - Connected Organizers...you should be able to view the connected unit serial number instead. As for the error message, you may wish to check through the mailslot to see if the ejecting pin is obstructing the carousel from rotating. If so, by using a thin rule should be able to assist you in remedy the cause.
