I believe that you are not able to reinstall the MediaTRACKER application which the DiscHub will require inorder to operate. To begin with, you can download the latest MediaTRACKER application from http://www.centurion-cd.com/products/downloads/mediatracker_pro_2.1.3.zip.

After the MediaTRACKER Professional is installed, you will notice that the carousel will spin and if there is a disc in the first slot, it will be ejected.

Next, to remove all the disc in your unit, you will have to goto View-->Connected Organizer --> Eject Empty Slot. This will eject all slots which do not have a disc in your database. Since, this is a fresh system and your database is empty, it will go through every slot.
