My computer got a virus, which was deleted, but in the process of removing the virus I had to give control of my computer to the dell team. When they went thru the system they deleted the temp folder that had the install for my cd-hub, now I'm unable to access my discs in the hub, and I'm also unable to reinstall from my install disc. When I try to install with my disc it says that I have the newer version already installed, but I can't locate anything. I can't remove the program and reinstall it, because it says that it can't find the folder to remove it. Hope someone can help me!!

We would not advise that the MediaTRACKER application be installed in your Temp folder, since the contents within it can be deleted unintentionly - in your case by the Dell system administrator. Due to that the MediaTRACKER application wasn't properly uninstalled, as such your Windows registry still thinks that the application is still in your system thus will not allow you to install any.
In order to resolve this, you are require to perform the following, namely:
Clean the registry:
Download the Windows Installer Clean Up utility from: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301
Install the utility (ignore the fact that it says "Microsoft Office" during the install process). Launch the application from the Start menu. Need to be very careful with this application and not accidentally remove the wrong item!! Only remove - anything with the name "MediaTRACKER"/"MediaTracker" and anything with "MediaTRACKER"/"MediaTracker" in the title.
Delete the below contents:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\D58EC855D5C30A54FAECCC1D83F0EC58
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Features\D58EC855D5C30A54FAECCC1D83F0EC58
