1. Signup with Photobucket and logon.
2. Visit Friends of Centurion portal.  Click here.
3. You can upload pictures by selecting "my computer" or "my album". Please ensure that you are at Friends of Centurion portal before uploading your pictures. "my album" is your own photo collection in Photobucket, if you have any.
